Gradeon provides an AI-powered trading card grading and pricing platform. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze card condition, detect defects, and provide market pricing information.

Important: AI-generated grades and pricing are estimates only and should not be considered as professional grading services. Actual card value may vary.

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Data Collection

By using the Service, you agree that we collect and store:

• Card images you upload or capture
• AI analysis results and grading data
• User-corrected defect annotations
• Price data and historical tracking
• Account information (email, authentication data)

3.3 Data Usage

Your uploaded images and grading data may be used to improve our AI models and services. All data is stored securely in our database and object storage.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• You own the images you upload and grant us license to process them
• You will not use the Service for illegal purposes
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the API
• You will not upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material

5. Disclaimers

5.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated grades or pricing information.

5.2 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs (PriceCharting, Pokémon TCG API, AI Analysis Engine). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.

5.3 Not Professional Grading

Gradeon is NOT a substitute for professional card grading services. Our AI predictions should be used for informational purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gradeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account and data at any time through the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
